How do I claim a business?

Find you business and click on the CLAIM THIS BUSINESS button. You will be asked to fill in some details which will be sent to admin to approve. This may take up to 24 hours.

How do I create a listing?

Simply select ‘Add Listing’ on the top right-hand corner. Select the package you would like and continue to add your businesses details. You will need to be signed in to do this.

Can I select ‘suggest a party provider’ even if it’s my own business?

Yes. You can create a listing using this option. This does not, however, give all the features and benefits of a business profile.

How can I edit my listing?

This will need to be done on the individual listings and you must be logged on. On a computer, once you are on your listing, there will be an option to edit at the top of the right hand sidebar. On mobile, scroll down to below review to see the same option. Click edit and customise.

How do I add categories and themes to my listing?

Go onto your listing and click ‘edit’ (see above). Once you are on the edit listing page, scroll down to ‘categories’ and select all that are relevant to your business. (Note: New categories may be added and adapted)

How long will it take for my listing to go live?

As soon as the subscription has been set up, your listing will be reviewed and published as quickly as possible. This will be done within 24 hours.

I have made my listing, but I still need to set up my subscription, how do I do this?

You can access your subscriptions by logging in. Then go to My Account> Invoice History 
This will list the invoice and will show as pending payment. Click ‘PAY NOW’ and it will take you to the checkout, where you will then proceed to PayPal. Go party bee subscriptions will not start until the end of the 3 month trial. 

How can I downgrade my listing and cancel my subscription?

You can view your subscriptions by clicking here. To downgrade you will need to cancel your subscription via your PayPal account.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
  2. Click the Settings icon next to “Log out.”
  3. Select Preapproved Payments under “Payment settings.”
  4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel.
  5. Click the Cancel Subscription button.
